One Account Per Player

Transparent Bonus Rules

Security & Fair Use

1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "7gw" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our": Refers to the 7gw online casino and sports betting platform, operated by its owning entity as an internationally licensed offshore gambling service, accessible at https://7gw.app.
- "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" / "you" / "your": Any natural person who has registered an account on the 7gw platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.

- "Prohibited Conduct": Any action or behaviour by a player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, and exploitation of technical errors.
- "Applicable Law": The laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the player is physically located at the time of accessing the platform. 7gw does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
- "BST": Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used by 7gw for all customer-facing communications, support hours, and promotional schedules.
References to "these Terms" include all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer document and these Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for that offer only; in all other respects these Terms take precedence.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 7gw platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the 7gw platform and should close your account immediately by contacting support.
Important Notice for Bangladesh Players: 7gw operates as an offshore-licensed platform. By registering and using 7gw, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted under the laws of your local jurisdiction. 7gw does not provide legal advice. 7gw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 7gw will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall be the definitive and binding text in all circumstances.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access 7gw's gambling services, you must register a personal account. The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be met throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 7gw enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and agents acting on behalf of third parties may not register accounts.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Bangladesh mobile number.
- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 7gw account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
- You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any cooling-off period active on a prior 7gw account.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local law. This is your sole responsibility to verify.
7gw reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on 7gw's part to provide any specific game, market, promotion, or service at any given time.
Prohibited Registrations: Persons who have been self-excluded from 7gw, individuals previously banned for Prohibited Conduct, and individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or attempting to register new accounts. Any account found to have been created in circumvention of a prior ban or self-exclusion will be closed and any balance voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must notify 7gw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 7gw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
KYC Identity Verification
7gw applies Know Your Customer verification prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any point during the account lifecycle where additional verification is deemed necessary. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
- Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
7gw supports a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods designed to make depositing and withdrawing funds fast and convenient for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and all other regions of Bangladesh. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the cashier.
- Deposits are credited to your account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 7gw is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being flagged for review.
- 7gw does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Accepted methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank transfers.
- 7gw does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside 7gw's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated in the cashier section of your account.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. 7gw reserves the right to request alternative documentation where the original payment method cannot be used.
- Accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at 7gw's discretion.
- Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be returned to your original payment method, subject to identity verification and fraud screening.
- 7gw reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, incomplete KYC documentation, or any other compliance concern, pending investigation.
Currency & Conversion: All transactions on 7gw are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your local mobile wallet or bank account operates in a different currency, the payment provider will apply their own conversion rates. 7gw does not control or guarantee any specific exchange rate.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
7gw periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms govern.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are released as withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the offer terms. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates as specified.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the offer terms (typically 7–30 days from credit date). Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
- Bonus Abuse: 7gw actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering solely to clear a bonus, using multiple accounts to claim single-use promotions, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7gw reserves the right to void the bonus and all winnings derived from it, and to restrict or close the account.
- Welcome Offers: Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through separate registrations constitute multi-accounting and Prohibited Conduct.
- Withdrawal Order: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds. Winnings generated from real-money play are withdrawable immediately (subject to KYC requirements), while bonus-derived funds remain locked until wagering requirements are met.
- Seasonal Promotions: 7gw may run promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket events including BPL and T20 World Cup series. These promotions carry their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
7gw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before a material change is made will be honoured under the terms at the time of opt-in, provided those terms have not already been breached.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using the 7gw platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the 7gw platform, whether in your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or fictitious identities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or impersonating another person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve artificially favourable outcomes in poker, live casino games, or any other format where player interaction is possible.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform in lieu of genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to generate profit. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known error are void.
- Money Laundering: Using the 7gw platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 7gw complies with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to its operating licence.
- Minors: Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your 7gw account under any circumstances.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards 7gw staff or other players via any communication channel.
7gw's decisions in respect of Prohibited Conduct are final. Where an account is closed for Prohibited Conduct, any balance remaining in the account (excluding provably deposited real-money funds not implicated in the prohibited activity) may be forfeited. 7gw reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
Zero Tolerance for Under-18 Access: If 7gw has reasonable grounds to believe an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. During suspension, no gambling activity, deposits, or withdrawals will be permitted. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the 7gw platform — including but not limited to the 7gw brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 7gw or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7gw platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any portion of the 7gw platform or its content without prior written authorisation
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to operate the platform
- Use the 7gw brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way not expressly authorised in writing by 7gw
- Frame or mirror any portion of the 7gw platform on another website or application without permission
Game titles and studio branding — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on 7gw under licence. No rights in such third-party intellectual property are transferred to players.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 7gw regarding the platform may be used by 7gw without obligation or compensation to you. Providing feedback does not grant you any rights over the resulting product changes or improvements.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
7gw may suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or money laundering activity
- A player's self-requested closure or self-exclusion
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
- A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating account closure
- The player's jurisdiction becoming a restricted territory under 7gw's operating licence conditions
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 7gw support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds not yet cleared) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of the platform or by contacting support. Self-exclusion closes the account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened early under any circumstances. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. 7gw will notify the account holder at the registered contact details before applying any dormant account fees or initiating account closure proceedings. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be communicated in advance and will not exceed the remaining account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7gw's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. 7gw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7gw holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in the player's home jurisdiction.
